GKM Development Sdn Bhd has absconded with the bankers' as well as the buyers' money.


About 25% of the land has been acquired by the Highway Authority for a very meagre token sum which the charging bank namly " Aseambanker" do not even show any interest to negotiate for a proper market value.


Nobody seem to be interested to do anything about the balance 75% of the land which is about 57 acres. The buyers bankers (mine is CIMB, formerly Southern Bank)is solely only interested in forcing the buyers to pay-up through court-order or threat of bankruptcy.
