With the rising cost of land in Malaysia, Abandoned project can possibly be revived. Through developer has abscoaded a lot of money, the rising cost of land would at least be able to cover would at least be able to cover the interest costs of the borrowing buyers and possibly recovery of the sum owing to banks through forfeiture of the land.

But sadly to say bankers (mine is CIMB) which has already sold the debt to Southeast Asia Special Asset Management Berhad, is only interested to recover the loan from the ceated buyers, rather than at least recovery some partial payment through the forfeiture and then auctioning off the land.

Cheated buyers like me is more that willing to fork out the difference in the borrowed sum.
